1. Processing times (by the supplier)
Preparation time: 1 to 5 working days (this time includes order receipt, custom label printing and compliance verification by Supliful ).
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
2. Delivery times and methods
The total estimated delivery time for your order is 10 to 15 business days from the order confirmation date. This timeframe is broken down as follows:
Processing and preparation: 1 to 5 business days. [ 1 ]
Carrier transit (USPS / FedEx):
- United States (Standard): 2 to 4 business days
- Canada / International: 3 to 5 business days (depending on the zone and customs formalities) [ 1 ]
Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (order peaks, customs checks or carrier delays) may sometimes slightly extend these delivery times. [ 1 , 2 ]
3. Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves the Supliful processing center and changes to the "Completed" status, a tracking number is sent to you by email.
You can track your parcel in real time on the dedicated page of our website or via the link provided in the email. [ 1 , 2 ]
4. Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the United States (including to Canada or internationally), customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival of the package. [ 1 , 2 ]
Any such costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Vadesh cannot be held liable for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs services. [ 1 ]
5. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
Package not received: If your order exceeds the maximum time of 15 working days without a tracking update, please contact us at [your support email] so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us a photo of the product and packaging within [X] days of receipt so we can arrange a solution or replacement with our supplier. [ 1 ]
